Our solutions include a range of group trainings for your whole team, which can be delivered virtually via teleclass program, or in person as workshops. Our training leaders also offer complimentary coaching services to reinforce and apply the learning to your real team interactions.

Training: We offer customized training programs designed to teach your team members collaboration skills. These programs address the way we communicate and relate to one another in teams.

All Collaborativity programs may be delivered via tele-program, in-person, or in the combination that works for your organization. Each tele-program and workshop can include individual and team coaching as well as follow up.

Coaching: Our Certified Collaborativity Coaches provide both one-on-one and team coaching to increase effectiveness as partners, team members and managers.

Collaborativity Supervisions: A special form of coaching, supervision brings you and your Collaborativity Coach together to review your collaboration interactions. The coach listens to a recorded conversation or meeting. Together, you debrief and score the interaction. Supervision is an incredibly effective learning technique.
